Gage is the youngest pilot to have made it into the pilot programme, and he’s the most daring of his fleet, having made a lifestyle out of pushing his luck. When he accidentally makes friends with the enemy, he gets a dangerous idea. His relationship with Mars is odd, and he tends to half argue with the fleet, but they’re the only family he has left and he isn’t about to let the Empire, or Corin for that matter, take them away from him.

The leader of the Revenants simply by virtue of being the presumed eldest of them, Juniris is kind-hearted and soft-spoken. He is the first of the Revenants to attempt forming a relationship with the humans. While the others were certainly opposed to this attempt, it ultimately turns out alright.

Andrew Lin was born with a silver spoon in his mouth, afforded more opportunities than most in the piloting programmes are lucky enough to get. More surprisingly, he’s an only child, too. He was taught from a young age to become a pilot. Who knows why? The ways of the rich are mysterious. Andy has little love for the Empire, but neither has he considered defection too long nor too hard. He prefers to keep his head down, perhaps because Jericho is so loud. He and Jericho have been dating for several years.

Nemesis breaks apart into metal shards.
The mother of the Sigma Fleet, her maternal care is perhaps too strong. She does her best to shield the others from too much, and reality can sometimes be jarring and difficult for them to come to grips with. As someone with an extremely high power rating, she is aware her chances of developing Blight are quite high, and she is ready to face that. However, Cassandra worries about leaving her fleet at an inopportune moment.

Vulcan shoots plasma fireballs, they stick.
Most Deltas care for their unit to some extent, but Corin mostly just wants to be a hero. Up until now, he’s needed his fleet to be that, but eventually he won’t anymore. When that time comes, his fleet just might find themselves on the wrong end of Vulcan’s fire. Corin is an ambitious person with his sights set on becoming a Beta Prime. Unfortunately, his fleet are unnecessary for that goal — in fact, they’re almost in the way.

Liber generates energy whips and a poison.
The rumours say Anyang was born to a dying sect of ninjas, and it shows in the way she ghosts around unnoticed. She knows more than she lets on, but prefers to remain an observer. She rarely shows or talks about what she knows and has observed, so the true extent of her knowledge is and remains a mystery. Some say she used to have a son at one point. No one knows what happened to him.

In a strange twist of fate, Imirran, once referred to as the brains of the Empire, is both venerated, and forgotten. After the death of his twin brother Allesia, Imirran’s mental health completely frayed, and the Empire ignores this as best they can and while they haven’t turned him out, they also don’t pay him any mind. The Sigma fleet are the only ones that bother with him, as Allesia was one of theirs; thus, so is Imirran, whether he likes it or not ( and often, he doesn’t like it ).

Jupiter generates and fires electricity.
Loud and boisterous, Jericho is the life of the party, and is known to make rather bad decisions, but his loyalty is absolutely unwavering. The Sigma fleet are his family and he doesn’t let anyone forget it. The Empire paid to assist Jericho in transitioning from female to male, which they used as a bargaining chip to ensure his loyalty, but they may find it doesn’t go as far as they want it to. He and Andy grew up together, and have been dating for about a few years.
Sandros Ortega

Ceres teleports and paralyses via one’s shadow.
If Cassandra is the mother, Sandros, not Corin, is the father of the Sigma fleet. Though he is lazy and slow to act when it’s unnecessary that he does, his protectiveness of the Sigma fleet knows no bounds. He, as Cassandra is, is also well aware that he will likely contract Blight at some point, and while he does his best not to invite it, he isn’t afraid of it either.
Allesia of House Canis

Minerva reflects energy attacks and generates illusions.
A former member of the Sigma fleet, Allesia has found a new home among the revenants. He was discovered very close to death, and with no time to heal him, Cassius chose to raise him instead. Allesia isn’t upset about this outcome entirely — what he’s upset about is being separated irrevocably from his twin brother Imirran, who he hopes someday to reunite with.
Belias of House Caecus

The twin brother of Verres, Belias is one of the higher ranked members of the Bone Gaurd, and one of the few that isn’t immediately against making friends with the Sigma fleet. Though he may not entirely trust them, he is willing to extend an olive branch and accept those within the Empire may be just as trapped by it as those outside of it, and that allying with the Sigma fleet may be the best way to end the war.
Caelus of House Roseus

The leader of the Bone Guard, the personal guard of the revenants’ leader for generations, as House Roseus always has been. Caelus takes his duties seriously. Perhaps, a bit too seriously. He has little time or room in his life for socialising with others and forming relationships, and so his relationships with others are loose and barely there. He wouldn’t admit to being lonely, but he is a bit.

The ill-tempered and unapproachable leader of the religious cult among the revenants, Cassius is said to be a child of the sun. Whatever that means. He is somewhat clairvoyant, and tends to be a step ahead of everyone else, but he doesn’t always share what he knows. He is suspicious of everyone and everything he isn’t intimately familiar with — and sometimes that includes his own emotions and intuition.
Valens of House Nox

While Cassius leads the temple, Valens is its most talented healer. Using a combination of techniques, Valens can save almost anyone. Though he himself is frail, his kindness and generosity remain strong. He is rather optimistic, which is interesting considering most of the revenants have forgotten how to be such, but Valens has held onto it firmly.
Verres of House Caecus

Verres, unlike his twin brother Belias, is very untrusting of the Sigma fleet. His one weakness is Allesia, who is the only person who can change his mind about the fleet. He is scary, as his morals are shaky on a good day, and very little appeals to his human side. Many say that there isn’t much human in him left, and what little is, belongs solely and entirely to Allesia.
